• Developmental Evaluation Preschool (3 or 4K) = $440
• Developmental Evaluation 5-years of age = $550
• Developmental Evaluation 6-years of age (prior to 1st grade) = $660
• Autism Evaluation (prior to 1st grade) = $660
• 1st grade through 3rd grade = $825
• 4th grade = $880
• 5th grade =$900
• 6th grade through 8th grade = $935
• 9th grade through 12th grade = $990 (no accommodations needed)
• Adult evaluations (GED, Greenville Tech, Adult ADHD) =$990
• High school students seeking SAT and/or other accommodations = $1100
• High School seniors/College/Graduate School students seeking accommodations for college, graduate school, or professional tests (e.g., SAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, etc.)= $1320

Abbreviated/Specialized Evaluations:

• Attention and Behavior Assessment = $500
• Attention Recheck = $165/hr. or price quoted by clinician*
• Learning Recheck = $165/hr. or price quoted by clinician*
• IQ testing only =$330
• Giftedness IQ testing with abbreviated achievement testing= $550

Consultations and Learning Therapy:

• Consultations = $110/hour
• Learning Therapy = $55/hour

(Learning Therapy fees are paid at the beginning of the month as tuition based on the number of sessions for the month)

*These appointments are for clients who have been previously evaluated within the last two to three years and are seeking an abbreviated assessment to measure progress in certain areas. Depending on the particular questions being explored or the skills to be re-assessed, the time and expense associated with the “re-check” or follow-up evaluation can vary.
