Payment & Financial Assistance
Payment is expected at the time of service. Clients should be aware that third party insurance providers seldom reimburse for academic/learning related issues, although policies vary. Payment is the responsibility of the client or parent/guardian unless prior arrangements are made. A deposit of one half of the evaluation fee is required to secure an appointment. Some financial accommodations may be provided through the billing office, such as a payment plan or a financial subsidy through our United Way funding. Please call the billing office at 331-1404 for billing and payment information. To apply for a fee subsidy (based on family income), please complete the Fee Subsidy Application. A copy of the form can be found under the Forms tabs on this website or one can be mailed to you by calling the billing office at the number listed above.
Please see the section entitled Fee Schedule for a current listing of our fees for the Psychology and Learning Department.
