Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. Clients should be aware that third party insurance providers seldom reimburse for learning services, although policies vary. Payment is the responsibility of the client or parent/guardian unless prior arrangements are made. Due to the length of time set aside to evaluate each individual, a deposit may be required prior to the evaluation. Some financial accommodations may be provided through the billing office, such as a payment plan or financial subsidy through the United Way.
